Never had such fun before!

Guess WHAT!!?? We had our first IT learning journey on the 22nd September 2008. TO Sungei Buloh Wetlands Reserve!!! The kids really enjoyed themselves ...It was their first time handling UMPCs. Though there were some technical issues, the kids still found the learning journey insightful and fruitful. Enjoy the slideshow and you'll find out what the kids did on that day...

Hey Children,

Let's learn more about what angles are!!!

An angle is formed when two straight lines meet at a point.

Here are some examples of angles.

Task 1 : Find three more objects ( angles clearly indicated ) from the internet. Post the images
onto your blog.

Task 2 : How many sides and angles does each figure have?

Response by clicking the "comments" icon. An example is shown below.

Busy yet exciting

Hi, how's your holidays? I hope all of you have taken a good break and at the same time, revised your work too. Let me share with all of you how Mdm Phua has spent her one week break. I have spent quite a fair bit of time preparing for my test...And I guessed my effort paid off...I should be getting the marks I deserved..heeehee.

I also hosted a group of 35 Deyi Secondary School pupils on wednesday. They came to use our cyberwellness trail and learn more about the the different issues/ topics of cyberwellness, such as Netiquette, Cyberbullying and Copyright.

However, I did meet up with some of my friends too. Really had a great time with them. And guess what?? My hubby and I went to take the 30 minute flight on the Singapore flyer to savour the magnificent skyline views, stunning scenery and waterfront architecture. Singapore Flyer is the world's largest observation wheel. " WOW!!!" was the only word I could use to describe the whole viewing process. ...Enjoy the phtographs I have posted...

How's your holidays?? Do share with me ....hope to read your blog entry soon!!
